Prices (effective 1st August 2008)

All prices are per room and include breakfast.

All rooms share facilities, we have no ensuite rooms.

Our spacious family room can accommodate a double bed       and two singles. Prices for this room start at £44 for 2 people       sharing. 3 adults sharing would be £60.00 per night.                For 4 adults or families, please e-mail for price.

Breakfast includes fruit juice, choice of cereals, fresh fruit,        full cooked breakfast with toast & butter, marmalade/Jam.            Tea, filter coffee, herbal teas or chilled water.

Alternatives to full cooked breakfast are also available.

Our six letting rooms all have:-

• Tea & Coffee making facilities
• Washbasin (towels provided)
• Room controlled heating
• Remote controlled Colour television
• DVD/CD player - DVD lending available
• Hair Dryer
• Wi-fi Internet Access

Irons, Ironing boards, Cots, Highchairs etc, are also available.

A Guests payphone is also available.

       We pride ourselves on ensuring all          our  guests have an enjoyable and comfortable stay with us.

        All our rooms are serviced on a              daily basis: towels and sheets are         always freshly laundered.
